Olive Oil
Cold-pressed olive oil is a pure natural product. Due to its content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, it is very healthy. It is an important part of the Mediterranean cuisine. Apart of being used in the kitchen, it plays a major role in the production of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and soaps.
Extra virgin olive oil refers to the first grade and points out that the oil was cold pressed, without undue influence of temperature and that it comes from the first pressing.
